On Q :  On Q is a function of Pride Alliance geared towards students at Tech who are closeted, just coming out, or questioning their sexuality.  In the privacy of a small conference room, attendees are able to share their thoughts and experiences with other students who are experiencing similar situations regarding GLBTQ issues.
